We build products for consumers, and the consumer dictates what the market wants. One such situation that comes to mind is a customer who wanted us to be able to stock in our vending machines a diet-specific range of products.

We went out and found the right partner for this and delivered, but it also got us thinking. The consumer nowadays is much more informed when it comes to how their diet and nutrition affect not only themselves but also the environment. Being able to cater with that specificity would massively expand our market, especially when vending machine products are associated with ultra-processed foods. We could take that one request, build it into our strategy, and redefine our core product.
